General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-cut or customized fabrics, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. To file a claim, please provide:

Once your claim is received and reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions based on the circumstances:

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of misuse, alteration, or wear after delivery.
